The "Pain-Free Potential" Manifesto.
👉 People believe they can’t get stronger with back pain and are cynical after trying everything—wasting time, money, and hope.
👉 But the truth is strength is the key to recovery. With a structured approach that combines mindset (coaching) and skillset (strength training), starting small and progressing strategically is actually the fastest way to lasting strength.
👉 And the best way to solve this is through a structured, step-by-step program that meets you where you are today and builds a foundation for life. The P.A.T.H. to Pain-Free Potential program compounds your progress over a year—just like a bank account growing with daily interest. Strength isn’t a quick fix; it’s an investment. And if you follow these principles, you’ll be set for life.
👉 I help you do this through a year-long coaching and education program. Want to test it out risk-free? Get started with a £50 trial month—no long-term commitment.
✅ If it doesn’t work for you or you don’t enjoy it, you get your money back.
✅ If it does, your deposit rolls into the cost of the remaining 11 months.
You can then choose to pay upfront or monthly—whatever works best for you. This way, you can experience real progress before making a full commitment. “If this resonates with you, message me ‘STRONGER’ and let’s chat.”
"You’ve faced challenges that others don’t see—pushing through pain, feeling held back, and questioning if you’ll ever return to your peak. But that’s not where your story ends. Spinal Strength Academy is here to help you rewrite it. Together, we’ll rebuild your strength, overcome back pain, and reignite the passion for the activities you love. This isn’t just about your back; it’s about reclaiming your life."

I get it, you've seen al the exercises, tried the stretches, worked all the special rehab exercises that either your Physio, Chiro or Osteo gave you.
You've Yoga'd the crap out of your mobility and Pilates'ed the hell out of your core and yeah, you likely have even tried some strength training too.
You see, there are a few things that stand out here, first off trigger warning, this is going to be blunt and ruffle a few feathers. So, if you are going to read on, buckle up Alice, you've been warned, we're going down the Rabbit hole!
You see, the first common denominator between all of these things is well, YOU!!!!!
Yeah, sorry I'm not sorry!
Yep YOU! So, if they all haven't worked and you are the common thing, what that does that suggest?
No stop it! Not you dont work, slap that vicitm mindset out of yourself, right now (literally if you have too). Nope, the common thing is it is likely your commitment towards them or lack of, that is the issue.
You see you've 'tried' them all...
Yeah like when I tried doing my business first time, I put in half arsed efforts into learning sales and marketing, I got half arsed results back too, funny that...
To borrow from the Grandaddy of Life coaching (Master Yoda) "Do or do not, there is no try!" See Yoda was a genius in both sentence structure and meaning, try is a monopoly get out of jail free card, especially in this context. It allows us to put in half arsed effort and wen it doesn't work, we use "well I tried".
I get it, change can b scary, especially when you are in pain, my question to you is this how would any of those approaches have been different had you gone all in with your commitment to them?
I am not saying go nuts and do 20 classes per week, what if you had been consistent daily, started small, built your ability over time, allowed for both good and bad days (we all have them) and then committed over a real time period, something like a year.
Do you think your results and pain would be different right now?
The coached structured process is a programming term called periodisation, it tends to be what most fitness and rehab set ups are missing. effectivly it is a road map, to start at A and take you on the journey to Z.
So, are you ready to take the first step toward a stronger, pain-free life? I’ve seen men just like you break through limitations they thought were permanent. The path isn’t always easy, but nothing worth achieving ever is. You’re not alone in this journey—I’ll guide you every step of the way.
No judgement or shame here, been there and done that myself Funny how our pain stops us from going to the gym and eating better, but we can still pick up a six-pack and knock one out to porn hub...
To borrow from my teenagers "Bruh! Such a story..."
What about if you could look at yourself, examine the real story you are telling yourself about your pain, ditch that victim mentality and then summon up the courage to face down those daemons and work on getting stronger.
All while still being able to eat out at your favourite restaurants and enjoy your kids birthday party, I mean, lets be honest, no one wants to be that dad "Sorry son, I'm on a diet...'
Look, this wont always be pleasant, there may be some discomfort, both physical and emotional. But, lets be honest, you've tried every other therapy and fitness thing under the sun haven't you? God, you've probably even tried cupping (think I'd rather have you back on Pornhub, at least that makes sense)!
So, if you'd like to sit down and just have a conversation and come up with a plan that will enable you to consistently execute and commit to achieving your stronger body that can then go onto create that ideal life, without looking like The Deep from the boys and his Octopus "friend" (google it - this is what I think cupping makes you look like).
Just click the book now button to find a 90 minute window that works for you.
I know you don't believe me, I'm not asking you too!
All I ask is that you suspend disbelief.
What I mean by that is, if you cant believe in the outcome 100%, given your prior history, pain and cynicism, I understand. At least, come in with an open mind, it may not work, yet I am open to the possibility that it may work.
In fact, this is a mindset I encourage for life, the white belt mindset, open to possibilities, curious and ready to learn and apply. Also, the I heard a coach say once the difference between a white belt and a black belt is only that one didn't quit, they adapted, improvised and overcame their challenges.
I get it, life has battered you, beaten you, I know because I have been you. Post bowel cancer surgery, pain rippling through my stomach, back and groin, sitting on the gym plat form crying because I couldn't event lift the 20kg bar. Me a personal trainer who helped people get stronger and banish their back pain, the tears running down my face and the felings of powerlessness washing over me with the thoughts of is this it, am I destined to be stuck here...
NO!!!! Hell no you are F**KING NOT!
If all you took from this page was that, I promise your life will change.
The thing is you have to commit, not just start, COMMIT!
Draw your line in the sand, right here, right now, even if you don't use this program, make a committed promise and go declare to world publicly that you are changing your situation right now and NEVER going back.
Imagine this: No more sitting on the side lines, no more excuses. Just you—back in the gym, hitting new personal bests, and dominating your life, all because of the fitter, stronger, powerful athlete you have become. Spinal Strength Academy isn’t about quick fixes; it’s about creating a body that’s built to last. Start today, and watch how far you can go."
Hey I get it, you're a clever, successful, proud man. You figure stuff out, you're the leader, the guy people go to when they have problems, you dont need help from others right...
Again, Bruh, such a story...
How's that working out for you?
Trust me, that shit gets old and lonely fast!
I get it, you're in pain, you feel like shit, you're snapping at your wife and kids, taking your back pain out on them and all the people you love. I am willing to bet it's going into your work and business too. How's that bottom line or sales figures looking? Do the reception and admin team dive behind the desks like they're avoiding bullet fire when they see you come in the door...
Yeah, so how's that I don't need anyone story doing again?
So how about you join a community of like-minded individuals who support and motivate each other on their fitness journeys.
We help each other, we are there for each other when we fail, we help you get back up and start again, just like you help and support us.
We give each other space and allow each other space to feel the feelings, we listen wen our brothers talk about their pain, that being said we help lift them out of it too, sometimes with a smile, an arm, sometimes with a question "and what are you going to do now" and sometimes with a little tough love.
It’s time to move beyond the pain and into the life you deserve. Your journey to strength starts here. Let’s rebuild—stronger, together."
